CHAIN OF CUSTODY

OUR SAFE KEEPING PROCESS
01 — REQUEST
The client submits details of the item, asset, or consignment requiring safe keeping.
02 — VERIFICATION
Required identification, ownership, shipment, and supporting documentation are reviewed.
03 — ACCEPTANCE
The item is accepted for custody subject to applicable requirements and service terms.
04 — SECURE STORAGE
The accepted item is placed within the designated storage or custody arrangement.
05 — MONITORING & RECORDING
Relevant custody information is maintained throughout the storage period.
06 — AUTHORIZED RELEASE
Release or collection is completed following the applicable verification and authorization procedures.
